Tom Sandoval is sticking by Raquel Leviss‘ side while she undergoes mental health treatment at a facility. The reality star recently squashed rumors that Leviss had ditched her recovery to join him at a fancy resort in Arizona.
Seen in a paparazzi video posted to TMZ, Sandoval got defensive when he was prompted about Leviss’s whereabouts.
He called his recent trip “amazing” and said he had “some nice time by myself.” The paparazzi then asked if he reunited with Leviss while he was there.
“Dude, I’m going to just tell you Raquel is in a mental facility,” Sandoval said. “No visitors, no friends, no family, no phone.”
The Bravo celebrity slammed Peter Madrigal and Dayna Kathan, who have both starred in Vanderpump Rules, for spreading rumors about Leviss.
“People have absolutely no idea what’s going on. She’s in a mental health facility. I went to a resort,” he said.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Leviss checked into a mental health facility to undergo mental health counseling after the news of her affair with Sandoval was revealed in March. Leviss delayed her entry to finish taping the current season of the reality show so she could apologize to Ariana Madix — Sandoval’s former girlfriend — for the affair in person.
Sandoval, on the other hand, seems to be over the drama. He recently told Howie Mandel on a podcast that Madix “punched” him and was “in denial” after he broke up with her before she found evidence of his affair with Leviss.
He alleged, “She was like, ‘I’m not letting you leave me. You’re gonna have to force me out of this relationship.’ And I was like, ‘Ariana. I don’t think I could be faithful in a relationship with you right now.’ I was saying all these things. I hadn’t told her about Raquel yet.”
Toward the end of his latest paparazzi encounter, Sandoval expressed that he wants “nothing but the best for Ariana” and thinks her upcoming trip to the White House for the Correspondents’ Association Dinner is “awesome.”
