STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island’s Wu-Tang Clan member Raekwon the Chef is bringing the Hashstoria experience to the east coast with a cannabis dispensary/consumption lounge in Newark, N.J.
Hashstoria, which was co-founded by Raekwon the Chef, features several brands with premium ingredients, delivering “best in class vibes.” Brands in the collective include Raekwon’s “Compliments of the Chef” and rapper Big Boi’s “Daddy Fat Packs.”
Slated to open sometime in March, the Newark dispensary/lounge – to be located at 799-805 Broad St. in the Four Corners Historic District – will be the fourth Hashstoria site. There are three Hashstoria dispensaries in Oregon, where the company is based.
New Jersey’s Cannabis Regulatory Commission recently voted to allow customers to consume marijuana where it is sold in certain licensed locations. New Jersey is the eighth state to do so.
If cannabis is not your cup of tea but you are a fan of the brand, Hashstoria also sells a myriad of apparel on its website.
